Satiating foods – one of the keys towards weight management

Hey Readers,

How is your weight management journey going on?

I had too many off days recently and the main reason was I was back at my home for couple of weeks and couldn’t resist the temptation to eat the home made foods, which was way better than all the food available outside.

I gained almost 7 kilograms during these 8 weeks and ever since then, I am struggling to lose the weight.

But few days ago, I once again found out one of the principles that will help manage my weight loss better.

Consuming satiating foods.

Protein and vegetables are key here and that’s what I have been focusing on consuming recently.

Even by following this, I have found certain problems recently. And more often than not, I strayed off this path because of the temptation of homemade foods and in the future blog posts, I will explain how I tackled these problems better.
